With a clean and compact design, the VFR • Ice Gel line keeps products chilled at approximately 12°C, as long as they are in contact with the stainless-steel surface. Recommended for cakes, sweets, pies, chocolates, muffins, donuts, cupcakes, and other desserts that do not require refrigeration.

Structure made of anodized aluminum profiles and stainless steel; stainless-steel shelves with folded edges; side glass panels with thermally treated screen printing (does not peel with temperature); all glass panels are tempered. Includes 2 sets of ice gel*.
(*) One set of ice gel is used while the other is being frozen. The ice gel maintains the internal temperature at approximately 12°C for ±6 hours, depending on ambient temperature.
